4. Why We Use Your Data
bro44 uses the personal data collected for the following specific purposes. We do not use your data for purposes beyond those listed here without first seeking your consent or being required to do so by law.
- Account creation and management: To register your account, verify your identity, and maintain your player profile on bro44.
- Payment processing: To process deposits, credit winnings to your PKR wallet, and process withdrawal requests to your nominated payment account.

Where bro44 uses a third-party KYC or identity verification provider to confirm your CNIC or date of birth, the data you submit for verification is shared with that provider. 6.4 Platform and Hosting Providers
bro44's platform runs on infrastructure provided by third-party cloud hosting and technology service providers.
