• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets on bro44. Accounts must represent individual, personal use only.
• You must be a natural person — bro44 accounts for companies, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bro44 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and return of the verified real funds balance.

4. Account Registration

To use bro44's real-money features, you must register for an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one active bro44 account. If bro44 detects that you have created multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — all duplicate accounts may be suspended, any winnings generated from duplicated accounts may be voided, and the balance of the original legitimate account will be reviewed before any funds are returned.

4.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You should not share your password with any other person under any circumstances. bro44 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bro44 support immediately. bro44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred because the account holder failed to keep their credentials secure.

4.3 Account Verification

bro44 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or on the occurrence of any activity that bro44's compliance systems flag for review. Verification may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification. Documents submitted for verification are handled under bro44's Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensing obligations.

bro44 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other people are not permitted.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher-tier verification may be required for deposits above certain thresholds.
• Deposits processed through Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically instant. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one banking day. Card deposits are processed in real time.
• bro44 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which bro44 has no control over.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for any wagering within 12 months of deposit may be subject to an inactivity review as described in Section 12.
• bro44 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there are grounds to believe the transaction is fraudulent, involves funds from an unverified source, or violates these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real funds PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically arrive within 5 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day in most cases.
• bro44 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are not within bro44's control.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• bro44 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. This is a standard compliance requirement, not a penalty.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if bro44 has reasonable grounds to investigate fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity related to the account in question.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bro44 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. These may include deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or tournament prize pools. The following conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per promotion period per account unless the promotion explicitly states that it is repeatable.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. Any evidence that a player is exploiting bonus structures — including through low-risk hedged betting strategies designed purely to extract bonus value — will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus voiding and account suspension.
• bro44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been legitimately claimed and are in active use on a player's account.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or set loss limits that would prevent them from meeting wagering requirements in the normal course of play are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on bro44 — including Aviator, crash games, Ludo Games, Roulette, Virtual Sports, Live Casino, and all other formats — are governed by the individual game rules published on the relevant game page or within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and accept the specific rules of that game.

8.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on bro44 has minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed before you place a bet. bro44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. The minimum bet across most games on bro44 starts from Rs 50.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or other system failure during an active game round, bro44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. No claim can be made for winnings that would have resulted from a round that was voided due to a system error. In live dealer games, where a physical error occurs with the wheel, cards, or equipment, the dealer's announcement and studio procedures take precedence subject to bro44's compliance review.

8.3 Results Are Final

Once a game round has been completed and the result has been confirmed by the system, the outcome is final. bro44 does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes based on strategic disagreement or dissatisfaction with the result. Disputes regarding system errors, incorrect bet calculations, or crediting failures are handled through the support process described in Section 12.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bro44. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors in game logic for financial gain.
• Using a bro44 account to launder money or process funds for any illegal purpose.
• Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players in any game format where such collusion would affect the outcome or give a fraudulent advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse or chargeback a legitimate deposit after using the deposited funds for betting.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform, interferes with other players' experience, or attempts to compromise bro44's security infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bro44 platform — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game graphics, animations, software, text, icons, and layout — is the intellectual property of bro44 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of bro44's platform, games, or content without prior written consent from bro44. Scraping, data mining, or harvesting content from bro44 by automated or manual means is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, bro44 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or expected winnings from gaming sessions.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions outside bro44's control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your own breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform.

bro44's aggregate liability to you in any circumstance where liability does arise shall not exceed the total real funds deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits bro44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bro44's negligence where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

bro44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following are among the circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be placed in dormant status. Dormant accounts with a PKR balance will receive a notice before any inactivity fee is applied. Inactivity fees, where applicable, will not reduce your real funds balance to zero.
• Request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real funds balances remaining after the deduction of any applicable amounts will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the closure investigation is complete.

12.1 Disputes

If you have a complaint about any aspect of bro44's service — including a game result, a payment, a bonus, or account treatment — please contact bro44 support at support@bro44.im with full details of your complaint. bro44 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If you are unsatisfied with bro44's resolution, the process for escalation is available on request.

13. Responsible Gaming

We believe that gaming should be entertainment — something you do for enjoyment within a budget you are comfortable with, not a way to resolve financial difficulties or a compulsive habit. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bro44 players at no cost and can be activated from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit to your bro44 account. Increases to deposit limits take 24 hours to take effect. Decreases are immediate.

Data is shared only where required to process your transactions, comply with legal requirements, or fulfil bro44's obligations under its gaming licence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bro44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bro44 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the bro44 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real funds balance at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under bro44's operating licence. By using the platform, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts specified under bro44's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.
